End of academic year for Troy students

BSBA Troy student had a successful school year
On July 24th, the Center for International Education and Training (CITE), VNU University of Economics and Business held a closing ceremony for the 2019-2020 academic year and awarded outstanding students.

A volatile school year

Due to the global influence of the Covid-19, Troy students had to study online. However, during last academic year, there were 16 Troy students receiving scholarships.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu, Vice Rector of the UEB happily shared: Despite the fact that all courses must be shifted online during spring semester, the academic achievement of BSBA student Troy in the last semester was impressive. I praise the learning spirit and of all BSBA students.

Forming a scientific research community of BSBA Troy

After the ceremony, there were Q&A session. Listening to the students' sharing were Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Viet Khoi, Director of CITE and MA. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan, Head of Academic Affairs.

 

Assoc.Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Khoi said that in the near future, the Center will establish a scientific research community of only BSBA Troy students.

Assoc.Prof.PhD. said, a research community will be formed for Troy's students. The community is large and open to both domestic and international students, with various topics and instructors. Therefore, Troy students may become part of student scientific research movement of the UEB

Some other students asked questions about the registration process to apply for UEB's scholarships, whereby most of the scholarships of domestic students, BSBA Troy students can register. There are only some scholarships reserved and not for BSBA Troy students. For specific information, students can contact the Science Research and Development Cooperation Department (Room 501, House E4, No. 144 Xuan Thuy Street, Cau Giay, Hanoi). In addition, BSBA Troy students can participate in union activities and other clubs similarly to domestic students.
