Dr.
Bui Thi Quyen received a PhD from the Central Institute for Economic
Management, and is currently a lecturer at the Department of Corporate
Culture - Institute of Business Administration, University of Economics and
Business - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Dr. Bui Thi Quyen has many
years of research and teaching in the field of business administration.
In-depth
research direction of Dr. Bui Thi Quyen includes: Competitiveness, corporate
culture and business ethics, digital transformation. Dr. Bui Thi Quyen has
participated in many scientific projects at City and National level, and is
the author of about 18 articles published in prestigious domestic and foreign
journals.

Luu Quoc Dat received his PhD in Industrial Management from National Taiwan
University of Science and Technology (2013); Currently, he is a lecturer,
Deputy Dean of Faculty of Development Economics, University of Economics and
Business - Vietnam National University, Hanoi
Main
research direction of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Luu Quoc Dat includes: Theory of fuzzy
sets; Multi-criteria decision-making models; Supply chain management; Digital
economy; Recycled energy. He has published about 30 research papers published
in international journals of the ISI/Scopus catalog; preside over and
participate in many scientific projects at all levels; concurrently a member
of the Editorial Board of the international journal “Neutrosophic Sets and
Systems”; Co-author of the monograph "Factors affecting the
competitiveness of Vietnam's postal enterprises".
