Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training has announced the candidate recruitment for Master training program in Public Management (MPPM) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) of Japanese Government under the Young Leaders Program 2013 (YLP).
Accepted candidates will be provided with a round-trip ticket to and from Japan, daily expenses and tuition fees for the whole course in Japan. Allowance is about 242,000 yen per month.
Qualified candidates must have the following conditions: Being Vietnamese citizens who are working (public or contractual employees) at state agencies; having at least 3-year experience in the field of Public Management, Governance (as applications for Master Program in Public/Public Policy Management programs) or in the field of business (for Master in Business Administration); having good morality and good health condition to study abroad and being sent abroad to study by the institutions; having graduated from full-time regular university’s program at good rate or above.
Applicants for MBA program must be, in principle, under 35 until 1st September 2013 (born on or after 2nd September 1978), possessing TOEFL (paper-based) score of 600 or equivalent and GMAT (if any). Applicants for MPPM, must be, in principle, under 40 years of age, as at 1st October, 2013 (i.e. born on or after 2nd October 1973); possessing TOEFL (paper-based) score of 550 or equivalent. Paying students at a Japan’s university, those who are under military service, or being pregnant are not eligible.
