Purpose of the research
The main purpose of this research are providing analysis about the reality of conducting Lean Manufacturing (Lean) in Vietnamese small and medium enterprises, finding out main causes that limit the popular of this production method in Vietnam, after that, suggesting some potential solution for that main causes.
Structure of the research : beside the introduction, conclusion, reference and appendix, the research include 3 chapters

Chapter 2: Reality of implementing Lean Manufacturing in Small and Medium enterperises in Vietnam
Chapter 3: Problem and suggested
 The main contributions of the research
- Provide overview about Lean.
- Presented the reality about implementing Lean in small and medium enterprises.
- Figure out causes that limit the number of enterprise that apply Lean in Vietnam.
- Sugessted some solutions for those causes.
