+ To propose basic viewpoints and solutions to improve the system of laws, policies and administrative measures to refine state supervision on private ventures.

+ To systematize the theoretical and practical basis of state supervision on private enterprises in Vietnam of the present time.
+ To assess the status of state supervision on private enterprises during the innovation period from 1986 to present.
+ To analyze the acquired results and point out shortcomings and related causes of existing issues for continued improvement on state effective supervision of private companies.
+ To rationally propose directions and solutions to ameliorate the role of State supervision on private enterprises.
