Purposes and missions:
Based on current practice, within the framework of an MBA dissertation, the author focuses on studying problems needed to be solved in such a manner that fosters city government revenue effective collection. Based on current policies and mechanisms, the author makes some initial proposals to improve them for better revenue collections
- To achieves those goals, this dissertation focuses on some key points as follows:
+ Study some basic theoretical rationale on budget collection and management to search for practical policy on budget collection and management in the area of Hanoi
+ Assess potentials, analyze and evaluate the current situations of revenue collection and management in the capital area, point out advantages, under-achievements and causes.
+ Suggest viewpoints and solutions to improve the efficiency of revenue collection and management in the area of Hanoi up to 2010.
