Purposes and missions:
Purposes: Based on a theory study of government management of oil and gas industry, the essay analyzes the status of state management of Vietnam oil and gas industry in order to propose basic solutions to enhance it in global economic integration setting
Missions:
+ To systematize some general theories on the state supervision of oil and gas businesses
+ To conduct a survey on state supervision of oil and gas operations in China to draw lessons of experience to improve state supervision of oil and gas businesses in Vietnam
+ To analyze and to evaluate the Vietnamese government managerial capability of oil and gas businesses; to point out flaws and weaknesses in the current state management of oil and gas industry.
+ To propose the basic opinions and solutions to improve the state supervision in the field of oil and gas business in Vietnam in the process of international economic integration.
New contributions:
To systematize some basic theories on state supervision of oil and gas businesses
- To survey the state supervision of oil and gas businesses in China and to draw lessons of experience to improve the role of state overseeing in oil and gas businesses in Vietnam
- To analyze then evaluate state supervision of oil and gas businesses; to point out weaknesses and limitations of the current managerial capacity of the state in the field of oil and gas businesses.
- To propose basic opinions and solutions to improve state supervision of oil and gas businesses in Vietnam in the process of international economic integration.
