Purposes: Based on general theoretical issues on financial services for non-state owned enterprises, the essay analyzes the real current situation of available financial services to non-state owned enterprises in Vietnam and then it proposes the solutions aiming at effectively helping non-state owned enterprises to gain access to financial services
Missions:

+ To distinguish the factors that restrain the ability to access, use financial services for non-state owned enterprises in Vietnam nowadays
+ To propose the opinions and solutions aiming at helping non-state owned enterprises effectively access and use the financial services in the coming years

- To highlight the theoretical and practical basis of the ability to access and use the financial services for non-state owned enterprises in Vietnam at the present time
- To analyze the factors that currently restrain the ability to access and use the financial services for non-state owned enterprises in Vietnam.
