• Systemized theoretical issues of competition, competitive competences, and most popular characteristics of competitive competences of the telecommunication companies.
• Studied international experience to enhance competitiveness of telecommunication companies in context of integration.
• Assessed the current competitiveness of the Mobile Telecommunication Company (VMS) in providing mobile phones.
• Proposed measures to improve the competitiveness of VMS in coming years.

New contributions:

• Systemized and made clear the nature of competition, competitive competences of enterprises in general and telecommunication enterprises in particular in condition of international economic integration.
• Withdrew international lessons of competitiveness improvement.
• Analyzed the status of competition and competitiveness of VMS in comparison with competitors.
• Studied and proposed measures to increase competitiveness for VMS so that it could better adapt and develop in context of international economic integration.
