Research purposes: To recommend an idea to support training programs on leadership and self-management for Viettel Telecom Company; practical applications for long-term process of research on leadership and self-management training, to spread and develop the training for other organizations.
The paper also assesses the situation of human resources of Viettel Telecom to develop a training program of and leadership and seld-management for the company.
