A group of four students from the University of Economics - Hanoi National University of Vietnam had the honor of receiving an invitation from the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the China-ASEAN Association, and the People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of Hubei Province to participate in the 9th ASEAN-China Youth Leaders' Exchange Festival in Hubei Province, China.

At the threshold of ages 18 and 20, we are the dreamy youngsters with various visions about life. We dream of faraway journeys together, visiting numerous places, encapsulating the memorable moments of the most beautiful phase of our lives. And then, our teachers and the University of Economics - our shared home, the place we've chosen to be part of for four youthful years, have provided wings and presented us with a "special" ticket, granting us the opportunity to gaze upon and explore the vast world ahead.

With a deep passion for research on Financial Technology (Fintech), Ms. Cao Thi Thuy Trang - A former student of the Faculty of Finance - Banking, University of Economics and Business, VNU Hanoi, has continuously accumulated knowledge, experience and developed herself, hence excellently securing 4 full scholarships for Master's degrees in Europe in Ireland, Italy and the Netherlands.

On July 13, 2023, nearly 1200 newly minted doctors, masters, and bachelors of the University of Economics - VNU had the honor of receiving their graduation certificates at the solemn Graduation Ceremony for the second term of 2023 held at Nguyen Van Dao Auditorium - VNU.

Overcoming more than 360 students with 162 topics from over 20 universities and institutes nationwide, the team of students from the University of Economics - VNU has excellently achieved First Prize, Second Prize, and Encouragement Prize at the 8th edition of the "Olympiad in Quantitative and Applied Economics" in 2023.

During the exchange session, two parties had officially agreed on strategic cooperation agreement, affirming the long-term vision in the cooperation relationship towards mutual benefits for lecturers and students.

After delegations from Asia, Australia and America, on March 29, 2023, VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB) welcome students and lecturers from Europe - the University of Northampton (UoN), the United Kingdom come to exchange and study. This is an opportunity for international friends to experience the exciting and dynamic learning environment at UEB, as well as an opportunity for the two schools to connect and open up potential cooperation opportunities in the near future.

Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, a student at the Faculty of Finance and Banking - VNU - UEB, and a member of the winning team at the 7th "Econometrics and Applied Olympiad" competition in 2022, received the second-place award. This is not only an honor for myself, my family, but also the pride of friends and lecturers of the whole institution.

The outing trip with the theme "We are Family" took place in two days June 22 - 23, 2022 organized by the Center for International Training and Education (UEB - CITE) in collaboration with the Office of Politics and Student Affairs. This is also the first trip for UEB-USF student intake 1. This trip aimed to encourage student to develop extracurricular activities for comprehensive physical and mental health and also to connect student and lecturers

The kick-off of Business Challenges (BC) Season 6 organized by the VNU University of Economics and Business in collaboration with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom took place on July 15, 2022. The competition received interest from many businesses and strategic partners interested in start-up for students.

The 3rd season of Meeting with PM 2022 was held by the Faculty of Political Economy to provide a playground that stimulates creative thinking and open minded on economic and social issues. In 2022, the competition returned with the theme "Vaccine for the Economy” attracting a large number of students from Hanoi and surrounding cities.
