VNU University of Economics and Business invites all interested candidates to apply our open vacancy in charge of Party Office, Youth Union, Trade Union at the Office of Human Resource.
1. Responsibilities:
- Help the Party Committee to organize, manage and handle daily affairs, participate in preparing documents to be submitted to the Party Committee for approval; prepare all necessary documents for meetings under the direction of the Party Committee; record minutes and draft Party Committee resolutions.
- Conduct a review of the Party's development record and official party transfer, etc.
- Manage archives and document
- Support Administrative stuffs for the Youth Union
- Support the work of the Trade Union and other work of the HR office
2. Requirements:
• University graduates with good degree or higher, majoring in Law, Politics, Business Administration etc.
• At least 2 years experiences in related field.
• Ability to analyze and process data, write reports, have knowledge of the current laws and regulations on the Party and Union.
• Enthusiastic, careful, responsible, honest,hard-working and able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in computers and office software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet)
