The Bachelor's Program in Business Administration aims to provide society with high-quality human resources, possessing modern thinking capabilities along with entrepreneurial spirit and ability, understanding and applying basic knowledge in economics, management, social sciences, and humanities, being capable of applying in-depth knowledge and skills in managing and operating various types of enterprises in a market economy and international integration, possessing soft skills and the ability to research and self-learn knowledge as required by the job.
1. Job positions students can hold after graduation
Group 1 - Entrepreneurs: Capable of starting their businesses, establishing and managing business operations, managing very small, small, and medium enterprises.
Group 2 - Specialists (marketing, sales, HR, accounting, etc.): Able to adapt to highly competitive work environments, competent to work in enterprises, economic organizations, and other domestic and international organizations; capable of undertaking tasks in sales, marketing, finance, human resources, etc.; prospects may include becoming heads of departments/divisions, directors of departments and projects, directors, general directors.
Group 3 - Assistants and secretaries: Capable of taking on roles as assistants or secretaries to the board of directors, executive committees, assistant to the director of enterprises, economic organizations, and other domestic and international organizations; capable of tasks like assistant analysis, compiling reports, advising on various business aspects like strategy, HR, marketing, finance, assisting in dealings with partners, arranging plans for leaders; prospects may include becoming heads of departments/divisions, directors of departments, directors, general directors.
2. Possibilities of qualification improvement
After graduation, students will have sufficient knowledge, specialized study capability, and professional skills to continue further studies and research at the postgraduate or doctoral level to become researchers and lecturers in the field of Business Administration at related domestic and international institutions/organizations.
One can continue their studies at the postgraduate or doctoral level at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, under the corresponding admission conditions as per regulations, or pursue suitable specialized training programs both domestically and internationally.
