On 3rd and 4th December 2019, the international conference on “Productivity and Quality in the era of digital transformation” held at VNU University of Economics and Business. The conference provided advanced knowledge, research trends as well as practices in the era of digital transformation from diverse perspectives.
The conference focus on current situation of productivity and quality in Vietnam in 2019 as well as some principles in digital transformation for enterprises in Vietnam and the newest research results on quality of supply chain, applying communication technology in enterprises.

Speaking at the conference, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le warmly welcomed the scholars to attend the conference. He said, the UEB had held various international conferences attracting leading domestic and international experts and scholars. He hoped that, in the near future, the UEB will be the destination for scholars and experts to exchange knowledge and expand network.

After the speech from Rector of the UEB, the scholars had the pre-session discussions. Prof. Matsui Yoshiki affirmed that promoting productivity is critical for all nations over the world. In the context of intense competitiveness and global integration, promoting productivity is vital for all developing countries and enterprises, including Vietnam.
The conference took place in heated atmosphere with many discussions of scientists and leaders of enterprises in Vietnam, Japan and South Korea. Many questions on culture administration, increase productivity were given for discussion.
