In accordance with Decision No. 572/QD-ĐHKT dated March 7, 2023 on the issuance of the key tasks for 2023, the school has developed a plan to organize a program to connect alumni, student parent associations across the school in 2023.
Purpose: To effectively coordinate between the school, the alumni association, and the student parents' association in supporting students in their studies and training.
Time: From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sunday, December 17, 2023.
Location: Room 801, Building E4, University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Program content:
- Introduction video about the school.
- Welcoming performance.
- Opening ceremony (Declaration of reason, introduction of delegates)
- Speech by the school's leadership
- Speech by the representative of the student parents' association and the representative of the alumni association
- Strengthening and launching the Executive Committee of the Student Parents' Association and the Executive Committee of the Alumni Association
- Signing a memorandum of understanding between the Student Parents' Association, the Alumni Association, and the School
- Launch of the Student Parents' Association and Alumni Association Scholarship
- Launch of the "Connecting Journey - Finding Memories"
- Taking commemorative photos
- Appreciation party
- Attending the "UEB Frosty Fest: Charming" program organized by the Youth Union and the Student Union
