The thesis looked for strategic solutions which can be policies and/or ways to develop Vietnam Airlines’ services.
A number of theories to develop new services for air transport enterprises was generalized. Based on this generalization, the actual service development of Vietnam Airlines in the past five years was assessed. To improve the development of the Corporation’s services, the thesis proposed several measures which were mainly related to policy development and enforcement.
