Attending the ceremony were UEB Rector Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Vice Rector Dr. Nguyen Truc Le and other UEB staff and faculty members taking part in the training course. From PV-Power, there were Executive Board member Nguyen Viet Loi, Deputy Director-General Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich and PV-Power staff members of the course.

The course was designed to give learners, who are PV-Power managers and potential staff members, an overview of corporation governance, law and oil and gas industry. Learners are expected to gain the knowledge to apply in innovating management systems and working environment (5S), thereby improving business performance.
Thereby, the learners can access to modern and practical methods to develop leadership skills as well as a visionary strategy of business, branding, finance and human resource. Knowledge gained from the course will be applied to actual business operation, implement the essencial changes to achieve the most effective business activity.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich emphasizes on the concern of PV-Power leaders on training and improving staff members’ capacity
The UEB always pays attention on develop high-qualified human resources in the fields of economics, management and business administration. Besides training programs at under-graduate and graduate degrees, the university provides implements other training and advisory programs for organizations and enterprises, in which the training course on improve capacity for managers and potential staff members was designed particularly for PV-Power. The course was expected to take place from March 31 to April 8, 2014.
This is the second training course held by VNU-UEB and PV-Power. Earlier, the two institutes have successfully implemented the course on building an effective assessment system based on KPIs for leaders, managers of PV-Power. The course received good feedbacks from the learners.
