Attending the opening ceremony from VNU-UEB were Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Vice Rector, MA. Hoang Thi Bao Thoa - Deputy Director of Center for International Training and Education. From PVPower there were Mr. Nguyen Viet Loi - member of the Executive Board and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich - Deputy Directorof PVPower and 32 trainees attending the course.
The training course “Enhancing capacity for managers and potential staff members of the Petro Vietnam Power Corporation” is designed to give learners, who are leaders of PV Power’s offices or departments, an overview of corporation governance, law and oil and gas industry.
Learners are expected to gain the knowledge and apply the innovative method of management systems and working environment (5S) in improving business performance.
Through this course, the trainees have access to modern methods and best practices to develop their own leadership skills as well as systematic vision of business strategy, branding, finance and human resources management. The knowledge gained from this course will be applied to actual business operation, adapt the essential changes to achieve the most effective business performance.

Following the success of two previous courses, the third training courses was executed with the improvements and innovations in training methods and organizating activities, dedicated for staff of PV Power.
