Attending the closing ceremony, from the UEB, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son - Rector, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hoang Van Hai - Dean of Faculty of Business Administration, Dr. Le Trung Thanh - Head of Office of Research and Partnership Development together with staff and faculties of the UEB. From Hapro, there were Mr. Nguyen Huu Thang - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son - General Director together with leaders of member companies and offices.

Delivering the opening speech at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thang said: expanding knowledge and enhancing capacity for the human resources of the company is of enormously important. Hapro are striving to create the most favorable conditions to encourage employees to study and improve knowledge and skills. He hoped that the training course will help its learners assess their knowledge comprehensively; create a network of learners being managers at Hapro. Moreover, performances of learners at the course are basis for selection of training at higher levels.

At the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son - Rector of the UEB expressed his pleasure to attend the opening ceremony. He appreciated the inquisitive spirit of Hapro’s leaders and staffs. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son hoped that the training course this time, designed on the demand of Hapro’s requirements of human resources, will bring a much higher value than its cost.

On behalf of the lecturers and instructors of the course, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hoang Van Hai introduced to the participants the subjects well as lecturers and instructors of the course.

The course “Senior Manager” 2015 are designed in advanced training model combining modern management theory and vivid reality of the market, with participation of UEB’s lecturers and leaders of the Hapro. The training courses will equip its learners with knowledge and skills needed in effectively dealing with practical issues in management.

As planned, the course will take place from 30^th June to 8^th October 2015.

The partnership between the University of Economics and Trade Corporation Hanoi (Hapro) has flourished in recent years with a lot of practical activities. Within the framework of cooperation in human resources training, the training course "Senior Manager" is the 2nd one, following success of the first training course in 2013. This is one of many short-term training courses coordinated by the University of Economics and partners to enhance knowledge, qualifications, skills and problem-solving mindset of the workforce.
