Meeting with representatives from Korean Groups

On 6th February, leaders of UEB had a meeting with representatives of ADD Group and Huyndai Development Group at Hall 801.


Attending the meeting, from the UEB, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector; MSc. Nguyen Duc Lam – Deputy Head of Office of Research and Partnership Development. From ADD Group, there was Mr. Son Min-Chang - Managing Director. From Huyndai Group, there was Mr. Hwang Jong Yeol - Chief Representative of Hanoi Office; Ms. Pham Thi Mai - Head of Business Development Department. MSc. Nguyen Quoc Huan from VietECO Environmental Engineering JSC also present at the meeting.

 
Mr. Son Min-Chang listens to introduction of the UEB

At the beginning of the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector of the UEB gave an overview of the organizational structure, and general information about the University. He stressed that although the UEB was not a large university, it focus on high quality training. In the field of economics, the UEB ranked 4th in Vietnam, ranking first in VNU and 139th in Asia.

About the project in Hoa Lac, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le introduced the general information about the project and emphasized that UEB would like to find strategic investors who will jointly build facilities for the project. Through the introduction of strengths and limitations, leaders of the UEB hoped that the sides can share information to support investment and cooperation.

At the meeting, representatives of the ADD Group and Huyndai Development Group would like to hear more detailed information about the project and expressed the desire to support the University in its development. The investors also want to know more about the benefits that investors can get if the investment was made for the University.

 
 

The sides hope to have more extensive cooperation in the coming future

After discussing and exchanging opinions, the attendants agreed to work for more ideas and cooperation activities in the coming future.
