Attending the conference, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son - Vice President of Vietnam National University, Hanoi and heads of functional departments and offices from VNU, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector of VNU University of Economics and Business together with the Board of Management and all lecturers and staff of the University.

Opening the conference, Dr. Pham Minh Tuan presented the summary report of the school year 2017-2018, which highlighted the 10 outstanding achievements of the University over the year as well as pointed out the limitations and its cause.

At the conference, Rector of the UEB presented the development orientation of the University in the school year 2018-2019. He emphasized the core message of education internationalization and affirmed that this is the key factor in positioning the brand of VNU University of Economics and Business. Besides, leader of the UEB also praised the effort of all lecturers and staff of the University in the school year.

After speech of the Rector, the conference listened to comments and contribution from the lecturers and staff of the University to enhance activities of the University in the coming school year. Various issues were mentioned, including international publication of the lecturers, translation of textbook or attracting international students etc.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son - Vice President of VNU expressed his joy when seeing the development of the University over the years, especially in training activities, international cooperation and management.
