After the speech of Prof.Dr. Mai Trong Nhuan, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le gave a presentation on “Applying KPIs in university governance”. At the same time, KPIs would help to discover the strengths and weaknesses of the system and identify the core of 20% personnel, who undertake 80% of the work.
The presentation of two speakers received great interest from the audience as it pointed out the real problems in university governance. Leaders of Hanoi University of Geology and Mining said, they learnt a way to innovate the university after listening to the presentation, especially in developing strategies in the context of international integration in a digital era.
