Awarding degree for new bachelors
On the ceremony, graduate student Nguyen Ky Thanh (Reporter of Investment Newspaper, Deputy Secretary of the Association of Investment Newspaper Journalists) shared: “First, I would love to thank the University of Economics and Business for holding a very formal but cozy graduation ceremony for students today. I believe that the messages of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le for the new doctors, masters and bachelor in this ceremony will be an inspiration for each of us to continue study to gain more knowledge, thereby building a lifelong learning society.
Actually, my major is finance but I am fortunate to become a journalist in the economic field. Therefore, when I decided to register for the graduate program in Business Administration, many of my relatives and colleagues were quite surprised and asked me why I didn’t choose to improve my knowledge in journalism field. But today, when holding a Master's degree in UEB- a leading economic university, I believe my choice is absolutely right.
At the University of Economics and Business, teaching and learning methods are very modern, in which the knowledge is constantly updated to associate with reality, promote and respect the differences of each individual, therefore, the relationship between lecturers and students is not merely a lecturer-student relationship, but also a partner and a consultant relationship in specific areas. This can be seen clearly through the Business Challenges contest held annually by the university, in which start-ups are interesting projects nurtured by students and mentors are many entrepreneurs who have studied at the UEB.
Finally, I wish the University of Economics and Business continues to grow, maintain its position as a leading university in economic area and train more talents for our country.
