The 4th industrial revolution is changing the world. It opens up many opportunities as well as challenges for Vietnam on the path of economic development and modernization. To achieve the socio-economic goals set by the Party and the Government, one of the most fundamental and crucial points is to recognize the role of the government and the mechanism managing different factors of the economy. The lessons from history have shown that the neither extreme Government's intervention could create a strong economy. An intelligent intervention, enough adjustment at the right time is needed.
