Missions: To realize the objective, the author utilized, researched, systematized, on theoretical and practical basis, human resource development to prove theoretical points and to suggest some initial solutions with the details as follows:
Theoretical basis:
+ To systematize theoretical issues of human resources and development of human resources
+ To work out features of human resources in universities
+ To indicate the factors affecting the development of human resources in Universities
Practical basis:
+ To do a research on human resources and human resource development in some universities (in Vietnam and in the World)
+ To do a research on human resources and human resource development at the University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- To systematize the theory on human resource development and clarify the main implications of human resource development in universities
- To clarify the reality of human resource development at the College of Economics
- To suggest some solutions aimed at developing human resources at the University of Economics and Business
