Present at the ceremony were Prof. Margaretha Fahlgren, Vice Rector of Uppsala University; Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, Vice Rector of VNU - UEB. Vietnam’s Representative of Uppsala University and faculty members of the two university together with 25 graduates and their family have attended to the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Prof. Margaretha Fahlgren and Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh has congratulated the new masters and hoped that they would become leaders and managers in the future, not only to develop their career path but also carry out meaningful activities, especially contributing to the development of alumni community of the two universities. Representatives of Uppsala University and VNU University of Economics and Business also expected that the international diploma of MPPM would give them a new perspective on their new role and responsibilities and thus prove the importance of education in shaping public management in Vietnam.
On behalf of UEB Management Board, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh has expressed his gratitude to the support of the VNU Board of Directors as well as Swedish friends with their faculty and staff member in contributing to the success of the program, to fulfill the mission of the VNU - UEB is to train high quality human resources for society.
Looking back at the past 16 months, representative of intake 3 graduates, Mr. Tran Viet Hung has expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the two universities with the the program coordinators and faculty members.
