On 6th July 2009, the Center for International Training and Education, University of Economics and Business - VNU organized a seminar entitled “Well-informed decision making process for business solutions” for all Master’s joint programs students at the UEB.
The topic was presented by Mr. Peter Phuong Le - Strategist, Director of THP International, LLC, Santa Clara, California, USA and TinhHoa Consulting Ltd., Vietnam. Mr. Peter Phuong Le is a senior and principal consultant for many companies in the Fortune 500 and Global 1000 group on strategies, technology renovation, and infrastructure in order to help those companies obtain high productiveness and profits.
In his presentation, Mr. Peter Phuong Le spoke about the method of doing business and the effect of well-informed decision making process. He also illustrated what business intelligence is and relationship between business intelligence and management know-how. Besides, postgraduates were having an opportunity to listen to his personal experiences while consulting enterprises in the Fortune 500 and Global 1000 group in the USA as well as some enterprises in Vietnam such as Moduslink, ACH capital Holdings - City Bank, Dell Inc, Gentronics and Flextronics…
During the seminar, postgraduates talked and shared directly with Mr. Peter Phuong Le about the urgent business issues in order to find out the best solutions for their own businesses. This seminar was highly appreciated because it was very practical and useful for enterprises to find out the right way to build and develop their business more successfully.
