The statement was extracted from the signing ceremony of a collaboration program between Vietnam National University Hanoi and Hanoi People’s Committee in the period 2012 - 2015. The ceremony took place on 24 July at VNU and had the presence of leaders and representatives of the two parties.
During the ceremony, representatives of both parties - Dr. Nguyen The Thao (Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee) and Prof.Dr. Mai Trong Nhuan (VNU President) have signed the 2012 - 2015 Joint Program which is set under the mutual concern such as human resource training, science and technology, policy consulting and suggesting some other issues in accordance with the requirements, the ability of each party.
In particular, within the cooperation program of training, in 2012, VNU University of Economics and Business is in charge of implementing two pilot training courses for CEO of the enterprise in Hanoi and some master and bachelor training courses for public officials as assigned by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi.
These training courses are expected to contribute to the requirements of high-qualified human resources of Hanoi in present context.
Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee said that the signing ceremony was the result of the high a consistency between the two parties’ leaders and a thorough preparation of the coordinator, who have worked hard during the last year. The cooperation documents also show the good connection and commitment of the scientist’s community to the capital and the country.
