On 25 September 2012, students of QH-2012-E international standard program, who registered for Thakral - In Sewa scholarship, took part in preliminary selection round including English tests, IQ test and essay.
Previously, on 29 March 2012, In Sewa Ltd, a humanitarian and social organization of Singapore had formalized the agreement of scholarship program for talent students of VNU University of Economics and Business by the agreement signing ceremony between the 2 parties. The scholarship’s aim is to support and encourage talented students of international standard program in Business Administration 2012-2016 intake of University of Economics and Business.
Total value of In Sewa scholarship is 15.000 USD which is awarded for three students with 5.000/each during four academic years (from 2012 to 2016). To receive this scholarship, each student has to pass through three selection rounds basing on the criteria regulated in the criteria decided by Selection Council of the University of Economics and Business. Luu Hung Phat Vietnam JSC also participates in the Selection Council as the representative of In Sewa in Vietnam.
In this first selection round, among 51 candidates taking the test, 10 students who had the highest results would be selected to the interview round (using English and Vietnamese) which is expected to be held on 28 September 2012.
