As part of a series of exchange activities between students from Nanzan University and VNU University of Economics and Business, in the morning of January 8, 2018, the scientific seminar was held successfully.
The seminar was attended by Associate Professor Taiyo Yoshimi - Lecturer from Nanzan University, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Viet Khoi - Associate Dean of Faculty of International Business and Economics, UEB, as well as lecturers and students from two universities.
To open the seminar, Associate Professor Taiyo and Associate Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Khoi stated the development of the partnership between the two universities and expressed their hope for the students to continue preserving and promoting this tradition.

After that, representative students from Nanzan University and UEB shared academic and economic knowledge of Vietnam and Japan with each other through careful and meticulous research articles.
Presentations made by students from Nanzan University and UEB on "Relations between Commercial Terms and the ratio of DP to unemployment in Vietnam", "Impacts of international trade on economic development of border areas in Vietnam" or "Relations between News and the exchange market: take the huge earthquake in Japan in 2011 for example" provided a multi-dimensional view of the two countries' economies as well as valuable lessons in economic development of Japan and Vietnam.
Students from Nanzan University and UEB had an exciting time discussing their useful and practical research topics. Thereby, they showed the mutual interest for the partnership between Vietnam and Japan as well as the influence of the two economies on each other.

At the end of the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Taiyo thanked the lecturers and students from UEB for a warm welcome and gave his compliments to all the students on presenting scientific research reports. Ob behalf of the Faculty of International Business and Economics, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Viet Khoi thanked Nanzan University's students, gave presents and wishes them a great time in Vietnam.
