Based on the analysis of the theories and practices, the thesis proposed measures to enhance the competitiveness of the Investment and Development Bank’s branch in Nghe An province.
The new contributions of the thesis
The theories relating to the banks’ competition and competitiveness were generalized.
A number of criteria and tools to assess their competitiveness were suggested.
Based on those criteria and tools, the competitiveness of the Bank of Investment and Development’s branch in Nghe An Province was examined. Finally, the measures to improve the branch’s competitiveness was proposed.
