Within the framework of cooperation between VNU University of Economics and Business and Cracow University of Economics, Poland, from 8th April 2019 to 15th April 2019, Dr. Nguyen Khac Lich and Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung from the UEB paid a working trip to the CUE.
The working trip was funded by Eramus+ EU. This is the program supporting lecturers and
researchers among universities around the world.
In the
working trip, the lecturers will give lectures for students at CUE, working
with the faculties and attend the activities at the International Week. This is
an annual program, which attracted attention from many universities.
Dr. Hoang Khac Lich at Krakow University of Economics
Dr. Hoang Khac
Lich gave the lecture to graduate and undergraduate. The lecture explored fiscal
policy and its impact on the economy, taking the example of Vietnam and Poland
and providing students with intuitive and easy-to-understand demonstrations. In
the lectures, many questions were asked, with great interest in the economic
development of Vietnam and Poland as well as the world economic in the current context

Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung also gave lecture to undergraduate students of Accounting.
The lecture focused on analyzing financial statements. Dr. Phuong Dung
clarified the issues of corporate finance, financial indicators, taking the
example in real practice of Vietnamese enterprises with comparison to some
companies in the world and companies of Poland.
During their
stay in Poland, two lecturers of the UEB also attended the International Week
at CUE. Dr. Hoang Khac Lich and Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung presented an
introduction on the UEB and attended workshops on international economic and
cultural development in the business environment.
